Writings

This section contains short essays on themes that periodically come up in my sessions with clients. These are informal reflections on therapy-adjacent topics; not analyses of specific diagnoses with step-by-step interventions. The latter are important but also highly individualized, and I feel better suited to having those conversations in person than in writing. Still, I hope the ideas explored here might offer some resonance.
